Santé restaurant

The AWARD winning Santé Restaurant is located in the heart of Thredbo Village and has a warm and relaxing ambience – bathed in candlelight, rustic wooden tables and banquettes piled with feather filled cushions. The kitchen offers award winning Mediterranean food.

The restaurant offers a truly memorable alpine dinning experience. The food, wine and welcoming service will seduce you into forgetting about those aching muscles. The restaurant is devoted to GOOD FOOD – working only with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Santé won Best Modern Australian Restaurant for the Southern NSW Districts in 2003. The restaurant has an extensive wine list which includes a Sommeliers list and Bin Ends. If you love fine wine, you will not be disappointed – there are always great finds to be had.

The restaurant imparts a Mediterranean feel and sets off cuisines from North Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Dishes range from Moroccan fish targine, Turkish kid with lemon, Greek bbq’d lamb, Italian pork in milk and French brandied prawns. The restaurant has an extensive wine list to enjoy that includes a Sommeliers list and bin ends.

Enjoy Schnappy Time at the SANTÉ forecourt Schnapps and Oyster Bar. Reviving the traditional apres schnapps with true German Schnapps & Beers alongside succulent oysters. Schnappy Time 4-5.30pm daily.

Supper Club

Enjoy a light meal from our award winning kitchen in our Supper club where you can enjoy a Wildbrumby Schnapps, beer or wine. The mood is casual and perfect for people arriving late on Friday nights !!
Supper Club opens from 10.00pm until late on Fridays and Saturday nights during the snow season

Weddings & Functions

Santé also specialises in intimate weddings, functions and special events like the Thredbo Jazz and Thredbo Blues Festivals in May and January or the famous childrens' cancer charity Snowy Ride in November.
