Hunter Valley Wine Tour
We will explore rural farmland and Australian natural bush, mountain ranges and grazing land as well as enjoy panoramic views of the Hunter Valley from Mount View.Stop for morning tea at the Australian Reptile Park, where you will have the opportunity to see Australian native animals.
You will learn of Australia's convict and pioneering history, as well as seeing the original 1820 convict built Old Great Northern Road.
Stop off at the historic Wollombi village, established in the early 19th century and a wonderful example of the small colonial rural townships of this era. Taste the famous 'Dr. Jurds Jungle Juice' and have a short look around the village of Wollombi.
We then will visit the Hunter Valleys' best boutique wineries where you can sample up to 30 premium Hunter Wines at three boutique wineries, some of which are not available anywhere else in the world. If possible, you will meet the winemaker.
Over lunch you will enjoy a selection of foods matched with premium Hunter Valley wines. Hand made chocolate and cheese tasting included daily.
