This luxury two bedroom apartment is centrally located and is just a short stroll to Mansfield's High Street shops and restaurants.
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Open plan living/dining room. Flat screen TV/DVD/stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Laundry facilities. Carport. Lovely, large courtyard with pergola and BBQ. Quality linen/towels etc provided. Self catering.
Mansfield is a thriving town located approximately 180kms north east of Melbourne and has a resident population of approximately 6,800. There are numerous small settlements throughout the Shire.
Merrijig is situated at the base of Mount Buller and is approximately 17km from Mansfield. Merrijig is situated in the scenic Great Dividing Range, offering beautiful scenery and a number attractive of picnic areas along the Delatite River which passes through the town on its route between Mount Buller and Lake Eildon. The Hunt Club Hotel was established in Merrijig in 1873 and provides excellent meals at reasonable prices.
Mansfield Shire is renowned for its natural beauty and alpine mountains. Significant landscape features include Mount Buller, Mount Stirling and the Great Dividing Range. Natural environment features include parts of Lake Eildon and Alpine National Parks. Valleys of the Howqua, Delatite and Goulburn Rivers are also significant landscape features in the Shire. The areas are in high demand for recreation and lifestyle activities.
