Description

This newly refurbished, chic double storey house is situated in the premier part of Anglesea. The outstanding feature of the architecturally-designed extension is the excellent view, from all areas of the house, of Anglesea Inlet and Point Addis. The house is within walking distance to the surf beach, shops, river and restaurants.

Comprising 4 bedrooms (2 Queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk, sleeping 8), lounge, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms with small bath, and large games room with table tennis, pool table and bar.

Facilities include colour TV (4), video and DVD players, CD players, wood heater, air conditioner/heater, new designer kitchen and white goods, outdoor shower, undercover parking, security lighting and doors. In addition to great internal entertaining areas, the extensive decking with stainless steel balustrade, including 2 sets of stairs, offers excellent entertaining areas externally. There are outdoor furniture settings and gas barbecues (2). Landscaped native garden including garden lit driveway. This property provides the ideal setting for a seaside holiday.
