Description

North facing, light and bright, this beach holiday house has it all. It is within walking distance of the river, shops and restaurants. The surf beach is only minutes away.

This home accommodates 7 comfortably, with additional sleeping available via pull-out divan. Comprising 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom with a queen bed has French doors opening to outside deck. The second bedroom has a trio bunk and a double bed.

There are 2 living areas, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and a second shower in the laundry. The home is enhanced with the warmth of polished floors throughout. The large deck has 2 outdoor settings.

Reverse cycle heating/cooling with ceiling fans in all rooms and slow combustion heating make for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway whatever the season.

Amenities include 3 TVs, Play station, VCR, 2 DVD players, CD player,
and radio/cassette and BBQ. There is also a range of board games.
