Description

This delightful property has an open plan lounge/kitchen area with access onto a large decked area that is elevated in the tree tops. You would be surrounded by all the native birds. It is only a 5 minute walk to the 18th hole and club house at Anglesea Golf Course.

This spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 with 2 double beds and 6 singles (2 small ones). For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD player and record player, with albums as well.

A combustion heater and a gas heater provide warmth for those cool evenings. The kitchen has a dishwasher and island bench and there is a large table overlooking the balcony. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the top, while there is a separate shower in laundry area. There are 2 toilets.

Large gums in the large unfenced garden area provide plenty of shade.
