Description
Woodlawn is an outstanding multi level architect designed beach house with 180 degrees views of the ocean from Cape Schank on the Mornington Peninsula to the Barwon Heads Bluff, complete with telescope to watch the passing ships and dolphins. Located in a quiet street, with stunning views, and minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants, what more could you want.
This great beach house has galley kitchen, dining and main living area all with stunning views of the ocean. On this level are 3 bedrooms, one double with ensuite and ocean views, and two twin rooms with garden views. On this level there is also a huge 2nd living area with table tennis table, long leather couch and television, games, books etc. The next level has a large bedroom with two single beds and two trundle beds, and a reading/computer/chill out room. Both these rooms have fantastic water views. The house has 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 persons. The outdoor living area has water views and is sheltered amongst the garden.
Woodlawn has spotless presentation with polished boards, gas central heating and log fire for cooler months, and air conditioning for the warmer summer months.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.
