Description
Ocean Panorama says it all, with views of the Begola Wetlands and Ocean from Pt. Lonsdale to Barwon Heads Bluff. The house is located in an ideal situation for your weekend retreat or full week holiday. 400 metres to the beach and 10 minute walk to shops, Ocean Panorama has huge appeal. 20 minutes to Queenscliff, Geelong, Portarlington Wineries, Tourquay, and 15 minutes to Point Lonsdale, and 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
Ocean Panorama is a large holiday house with Ocean Views. Sit on the balcony and watch the ships go by. Downstairs there is a self contained bed-sitting room with double futon and three single beds complete with its own bathroom and small kitchenette. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, main with a queen bed, second bedroom with two long single beds and the third bedroom with two singles, enough space for 9-11 people. Spacious kitchen, dining, living area leading to balcony. Sit and enjoy the Panorama of ships passing all day long. Also leading from this area is an outdoor area with table, chairs and bbq. There are three bathrooms, and the house is fully equipped and fitted out to cater for two families. Air conditioning has now been installed and a safety barrier placed around the stairwell and floor level.
The wetlands will delight you with the comings and goings of albatross, herons, cranes and ibis - a virtual menagerie on show from your balcony.
This property is smoke and animal free.
