Dela’s Place is set amongst mature trees and situated 15-20 minute walk to beach (or 2 minute drive) and shops, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via The Great Ocean Road.

Dela’s Place is the ideal Beach House. Ideally set up for two families, it has 4 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with queen and cot, bedroom 2 queen bed, bedroom 3 two single beds and bedroom 4 a double. There is a large games room with a good quality couch bed, and a 2nd couch bed in the living area, sleeping a total of 12, with two bathrooms and room to move.

The games room has a billiard table, the double couch bed, bar, and features the 2nd bathroom with large spa bath. Dela’s has gas heating, aircon and fans. There is a tv, dvd and stereo in the living area, and the kitchen also has a microwave and is well fitted out with everything you need to cook (or not cook!) while you are on holiday. The kitchen/dining/living area leads to a deck with bbq and outdoor furniture set amongst mature trees in a peaceful garden setting. The house is well set out and tastefully furnished. Dela’s has a full length verandah where you can sit and contemplate or read during your holiday break. Dela’s is an excellent holiday destination for families or couples.
