Description

Gum Tree House is a comfortable family holiday retreat in a delightful bush setting close to the main attractions of Ocean Grove. It is just a short walk to the peaceful Blue Waters Lake, and a slightly longer walk to the boating mecca of the Barwon River. Whichever way you go, the water will be nearby - a great way to spend a few days or more soaking up the atmosphere of the old part of Ocean Grove.

Gum Tree House is a 5 bedroom holiday home - 1 double, 1 double, 1 single with trundle bed, 1 single with trundle, 1 single bunks. This charming home is situated on a fully fenced double block with large north facing windows that look out to a large back yard with mature trees. Ideally located in the heart of Ocean Grove, close to the golf club, beach and river. This property features 2 living areas, 2 tvs, DVD, stereo, well appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and electric cooking. Other features include solar hot water system, ensuite and main bathroom with bath, laundry facilities, gas BBQ and outdoor setting with umbrella, and carport secured with roller door. Linen is not provided.
