Description

Justine's Beach House is a great holiday house located minutes walk to the Ocean Grove Hotel, Beach, Cafe Late/Lunch venue, and 20 minutes drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington wineries and olive groves. It is 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Plus the Bus to Geelong leaves from outside the front gate.

Justine's Beach House has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is 1 queen double bedroom with tv, a 2nd bedroom with two single beds, and a 3rd bedroom with set of bunks and also a double couch bed in the living room. The kitchen/dining/living area is fitted out with new furniture and there is a fantastic deck the full length of the house with outdoor furniture. A bbq is set amongst shady trees....a lovely peaceful place to sit during those summer days on holiday. Justine's has good (new)wall furnace heating for winter months, and ceiling fans for summer days. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars, and a fenced yard.

The living area is complete with tv, dvd, stereo, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a leisurely holiday. The laundry has a washing machine.

All sheets and towels are provided.

The house has recently been renovated and painted, and all furniture, bedding and fittings are new.
