Sunset House is a stunning two storey 3 or 4 bedroom home situated just off the main highway as you come into Portarlington. A pleasant stroll to the shops, restaurants and pier, and a minute or two in the car to Boat Launching Ramps. Local Wineries - Spray Farm, Bellarine Estate, Kilgour, Scotchmans Hill are minutes away.
Sunset House has sensational views of the Bay, You Yangs, Melbourne, Mt. Martha and Sunsets that will stop you in your tracks. A balcony surrounds the upstairs main bedroom and living areas where you can sit on the deck and watch the sun disappear while enjoying a glass of wine. A bbq is also located on this deck.
Sunset House boasts 3 queen size double bedrooms, and a 4th bedroom or study has a double futon couch bed and a tv/video. The House accommodates up to 8 in comfort and style. Kitchen dining and living areas flow from one another, and are furnished with quality furnishings. There is a large back lawn and garden setting, and the house has 2 televisions, dvd, video, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, bbq, outdoor setting on deck, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The house has electric space heating and airconditioning.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.
