Description

Established three bedroom house, close to popular Gully Beach. Relaxing stroll along Eaglerock Parade or cliff walk to the lighthouse. Property shares the use of tennis court with adjoining townhouse. Downstairs are three bedrooms (Sleeps 7 – 1queen, 1double, 1 set of bunks, 1 trundle) bathroom and ensuite, laundry. Bright, open plan living area upstairs with sun deck. Amenities include: TV, CD, microwave, dishwasher, elec and combustion heating, gas BBQ. Shared Tennis Court
