Stylish elevated four bedroom holiday home with accommodation for 10 people (2 queens, 6 singles). Quality furniture and fittings throughout. Total of 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs spacious open plan living area, floor to ceiling windows, ocean views, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open fire place, 2 large deck areas and a modern outdoor setting and hammock, spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area and laundry.

Downstairs large rumpus room, 4th bedroom, and bathroom with gas jet heater.

Amenities include TV, DVD, VCR, CD, microwave, dishwasher, three bathrooms, large deck area, gas BBQ, table tennis outdoor shower.

Easy walk to patrolled Fairhaven surf beach. Excellent location for that holiday retreat or weekend away from it all.

Single under cover carport, but extra room for other vehicles. Able to provide linen at extra charge if required.
