Description

Family beach house in a tranquil central location. So peaceful, yet only a ten minute walk to beach and shops. Complete with treasures and trinkets from family generations, this cheerful, much loved home was designed to create the atmosphere of an ‘ocean liner'.

Set high on a steep block and surrounded by a delightful garden setting, this appealing home has a bright sunny living area. The front deck has ocean views attracts an abundance of tame kookaburras and parrots. There are three bedrooms to sleep 6 (1 Double, 4 Singles) and a combined laundry/bathroom.

Amenities include microwave, dishwasher, 2 TV’s, video, combustion heater, pool table, auto washer and dryer. Portable gas BBQ or wood BBQ. STRICLTY NON SMOKING.
