Access to the wide verandah enhances the feel of this room. Situated on the lower level is another bedroom with a bathroom, and a private study. An expansive deck at the rear captures the delightful afternoon sun and is an ideal outdoor entertaining area, featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor seating.
