Seagrass

Seagrass is a quality property that has an amazingly relaxed vibe and the feeling of seclusion without compromising the essence of modern day living. Every room is themed with colour and each provides a totally unique sensation ranging from the earthy warm tones to muted cool colours. Seagrass is a perfect place to find solitude and unwind or is the perfect place to gather with loved ones and enjoy the wonderful space and tranquillity.

House Layout

The living, dining and kitchen area is open planned however are distinctive in their respective functions and boundaries. The lounge has two large modular sofas and an enormous ottoman. The dining nook has a contemporary white table with two beautiful calf skin covered bench seats on one side and 3 white Italian tub chairs on the other.

The functional and well designed kitchen, while encompassed in the open plan area, has a white pebble feature wall that divides the living/dining from the kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a fully covered deck area which becomes a secondary dining room and is furnished with table, chairs and BBQ - it provides the perfect indoor/outdoor experience.

Polished boards and carpet throughout, separate family room, outdoor entertaining area, TV and DVD.

Sheets and towels are not supplied.
