Sky High is situated on well over two acres of the highest residential land in Portsea with majestic views from every room.

The property boasts direct access to the National Park beside Portsea surf beach.

There are seperate formal/informal areas and children's play room for generous family living. Vast North facing spaces include recreational, casual, and formal zones (all with open fireplaces), together with 6 bedrooms, North/South mod grass tennis court, massive billiard room with full size billiard table, table tennis table, and excersize bike, 6 bathrooms plus powder room and loads of living space. Ducted heating, Foxtel, and broadband access.
