Description
'Royal Town' cottage is a two bedroom cottage with views of surrounding hills, located on ‘Wappan Station’ a 10,000 acre sheep and cattle farm in Victoria.
There is always plenty to do and see on Wappan, depending on what time of the year you are visiting. Guests are welcome to come and view whatever farm operation is taking place, including shearing, which takes place three times a year. The farm operations run Monday to Friday and involve the running of 16,000 sheep and 350 head of cattle. Requiring only two people five days a week, this property is amongst the most efficient and productive farms in Victoria .
Walks on the property are encouraged and provide stunning panoramic views of Mt Buller and Lake Eildon from one of the many hills. Wildlife is in abundance, including kangaroos and the occasional koala or echidna. Visitors enjoy private access to Lake Eildon from the property. Many other tourist attractions can be enjoyed nearby, including horse and camel riding and bushwalking. The year round ski resort, Mt Buller is only 50 minutes drive away.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.
