Description
Wappan Cottage is a luxury self contained, five bedroom holiday house on ‘Wappan Station’. The house has just recently been renovated and is tastefully decorated throughout, offering heating, open fires and polished floorboards. The house is very spacious and enjoys views over Lake Eildon. There are two living areas, one with wood heater and one with an open fire place.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the farm activities depending on the time of year of their visit (eg shearing – three times a year), bushwalking (many hills offer magnificent views over Lake Eildon and across to Mt Buller) and birdwatching etc. Wappon Station is a working property consisting of 10,000 acres running 16,000 sheep and 350 cattle.
