Just out of Mansfield and only two hours drive from Melbourne, the property is on the verge of wilderness with the natural beauty of mountains and valleys offering both adventure and tranquility. The house is perfectly positioned between the Delatite and Howqua Rivers, and is only 9 kilometres from Lake Eildon and an easy 20 minute drive from the Mount Buller tollgate.

Moore House is a charming, private, self contained bed and breakfast cottage accommodating up to 8 people. It is designed and furnished to provide for your total relaxation with a wood-fired heater, split system air-conditioning heating/cooling, TV, DVD player, Video, sound system, ironing facilities with all linen provided. There is a small library of books and a tapes covering most popular music genre. For the musically inclined, the cottage has a regularly tuned piano with good tone and action which is available for pianists or music students. There is a well fenced and secure paddock available with good access to water and ample feed for those who want to bring their own horses to compete, whether to enjoy the wonderful high country rides or for local equestrian events.
