Description
The Black Stump is a large spacious fully furnished holiday house situated right on the Delatite River. Idaelly situated only 5 minutes from the toll gates of Mount Buller and only 26 kilometres from Mansfield .
There is plenty to see and do nearby, including snow skiing, fishing, , mountain biking, horse riding and hiking. Perhaps just lie back in the spa pool or have a game of cricket in the open area next to the river or just simply do nothing and relax.
The property has three bedrooms all with ensuite, accommodating 12 people.
The Black Stump is an ideal holiday house for 2 to 3 families or larger groups.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.

Pricing information: Dec - Jan: 2 nights $960 for 2 nights, plus $300 for each extra night.
Terms and conditions: Balance of rental owing payable prior to commencement of rental.
Full Payment required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorized credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund
