Situated 2 minutes drive from the centre of Barwon Heads in a peaceful treed setting, this great holiday house has a wonderful outdoor area, great kids play area, swimming pool and BBQ. You won't want to leave this one, even to visit the shops.
Warrenbeen has 4 bedrooms, 2 queen double bedrooms, 3rd bedroom has single and trundle, 4th bedroom has bunks and trundle. There is gas ducted heating, wood log fire, and evaporative cooling. Ideally accommodating 2 couples/families, the house is set up with tv, dvd, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, spa, pool, bbq, outdoor setting and fenced yard. There are two bathrooms, shower and bath in kids bathroom and two toilets.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, and two large living areas to support the 4 bedrooms, making ideal accommodation for two families.
