Description

Ramsden is a classic beach house in old Barwon Heads, set in a great shady garden. It is just far enough away from the main street for a peaceful holiday and just close enough to dip into the cafe scene of Hitchcock Ave or walk to the beach and river for that wonderful bit of coastal exercise.

Ramsden has been stylishly renovated throughout and represents great holiday living. There are 4 bedrooms - main with queen, 2nd with queen, 2 others have a king sized single bed and trundle each. Linen is not provided.

The great open plan living area has good heating and airconditioning - timber floors are throughout, the 2 bathrooms both have showers with the ensuite also having a bath.

Ramsden offers loads of outdoor entertaining areas for all - the large front deck opens off the kitchen/living area and has a great outdoor setting and gas bbq, the side deck has a table tennis table that rolls out from a handy storage area and the rear yard has been stylishly landscaped. Great amenities include 2 TVs & 2 DVDs, stereo/CD player, dishwasher and microwave. The laundry has been renovated and has washing machine & dryer.

Well fenced, this home will allow well trained pets.
