Description
Sand Dunes is a stunning, modern, two storey beach house located in a secluded area tucked in behind the sand dunes in Barwon Heads and surrounded by lovely gardens. Walk through the dunes and you are at the beach. Sand Dunes is a resort in itself and boasts miniature putting green, inbuilt trampoline and half-sized basket ball court. Sand Dunes offers an outdoor fire-place with cooking grate and seating area, outdoor balcony from the first floor, and downstairs living area with outdoor furniture, bbq, all in a lovely treed setting.
Sand Dunes is situated a few minutes drive from the centre of Barwon Heads and makes an ideal getaway for extended family groups, and couples and wedding groups to enjoy time together.
The ground floor at Sand Dunes has a large living area with billiard table, couches, TV and bar area, overlooking the outdoor area. On this level there are 3 bedrooms - one queen double with television, second with two single beds, third with two singles and trundle. These bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms and toilets, and a small living area with couch and TV. A fully equipped laundry is on this level.
On the first floor is the main bedroom suite, which includes king size bed, parent's retreat with television, walk in robe and main bathroom. There is also a toilet and hand basin separate from the main bathroom. Also on this level is a large kitchen/dining living/area with log fire and electric heating. The house is well heated throughout with electric heating.
A small dining area is off the main living areas, and this is an ideal spot to play games or cards, if the rest of your group is in the main living area watching TV. The third level is set up with a double futon bed.
Sand Dunes offers relaxing, modern, well appointed holiday living for the whole family. Doonas and their covers provided. Bring your own sheets, towels, pillow cases & tea towels.
