Description
When entering the meandering driveway, you will immediately notice the quality that you would expect in a select, first class property.
On arrival at the house level you will be stunned by the enormity of the gardens and plantings plus the mountain and rural views that excite. You will know you are somewhere special.
The home is over 300 square metres and only the best appliances and fixtures have been used throughout - it is all quality. Large fully equipped timber kitchen, dining, family and lounge room with high vaulted timber ceilings are all open plan with tiled flooring throughout. There is also a combustion wood fire to help keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, the main with queen bed, large ensuite with spa bath, and walk-in robe.
A gazebo and a screened barbecue area are outdoor features. A large verandah surrounds most of the home and a salt water pool is set amongst the glorious gardens.
It is just a short drive to historical Berry or the beaches of Shoalhaven Heads and Seven Mile Beach.
Relax, unwind and spoil yourself in these wondorous surroundings. Notre Maison sleeps 8 and all linen & bath towels are supplied.
