The Sanctuary is a superb resort-style beach residence, set high on a nice garden block just a short walk to the Koonya General store, the bay and the ocean.

House Layout

Two living areas, modern kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Dining for 10 plus breakfast bar and secluded sunny court-yard. Jetmaster fireplace.

Garage and off street parking provided.

All of the above, plus being within walking distance to the village and Bay and Ocean beaches, will make a holiday at this home, a holiday with a difference!
