Southdown Stable
Southdown Stable, built in 1857, was the original horse stable of the "Southdown" estate and has been lovingly converted into a very cosy and attractive self contained cottage with "between the wars" decor. Set amongst camellia hedged rose gardens, the Stable has a double bedroom with separate bathroom and a sitting/dining/kitchen area, including a wood fire for winter. A generous breakfast basket is supplied on arrival and the Stable is fully equipped. Southdown Stable is the perfect place for a couple wishing to relax and enjoy the special ambience created.Southdown Estate and Cottages
The Stable is one of three cottages, set in 6 acres of formal landscaped gardens within the historic 1857 Southern Highlands "Southdown" estate.Few accommodation places offer 3 unique self-contained cottages. Even fewer offer a throughly original feel. Southdown does both, and demands that you dream a little.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.

Terms and conditions: 50% deposit to be paid when booking made. Balance to be paid 21 days prior to arrival date.
Payment in full if booking is made within 21 days of arrival date. Your credit card acts as a bond against any damage or loss CANCELLATION POLICY - 15% of the total booking value is payable if cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date and the full value is payable if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to arrival date. TRANSFERS - Transfer of booking to another date will be permitted if your booking can be replaced by another booking.
