Description

Ultra modern beach house set on 10 acres. Picturesque ocean views through large expansive windows and from the extensive front deck.

The beach holiday house spreads over three levels:
The downstairs level - a bed/sitting room with queen bed, sofa bed, en-suite, fridge and small combustion heater, with outside access.
The middle level has the living area including new state of the art kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, double fridges), large lounge/dining room with open fire place, TV, 2 VCRs, CD, electric heating, bathroom and laundry.
The third level has a mezzanine style bedroom with a queen bed. All bedrooms have television points.

The extensive front deck which has excellent views of the ocean, Aireys Inlet lighthouse and inlet with a large gas BBQ and outdoor setting. This property has been designed for relaxation in mind, and is the perfect place to unwind after a hectic week.

This beach house is absolutely ideal for couples wanting a wonderfully relaxing weekend getaway.
