Nautica is a new (built 2006) 4.5 star AAA rated architect designed, high quality holiday house. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which has a king size bed, private verandah, its own separate lounge area for your absolute privacy, a dressing room and a bathroom with deep soaker bath and separate shower. Bi-folding doors off the upstairs lounge open on to a sun drenched verandah that receives gentle sea breezes.

The house will sleep up to five guests but also lends itself to a romantic beach getaway for two. Nautica is priced according to numbers of guests staying.

The second bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a queen bed and built in robes . Also on the ground floor is the third bedroom with single bed and built in robes, a large bathroom and a lounge room.

Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen with its granite benches and Italian appliances. If you would rather eat out, there are some top quality cafes and restaurants close by in Gerringong or a little further afield in Kiama.

A great way to start the day any time of the year is to enjoy an early morning swim or a stroll along the beach or to the village for breakfast. Walk just a little further along to the point which is a great vantage spot to see the passing whales.

Quality linen and towels, as well as personal soaps, bubble bath and body lotions are all supplied for guests at no extra cost.

Free local calls and the internet are provided. Undercover parking is provided as is a BBQ area. Tea, coffee and milk are upplied for your arrival. Please only smoke outside.

Location

Nautica is just a three minute stroll to Werri surf beach and a ten minute stroll to the centre of the attractive seaside village of Gerringong. Gerringong is only one and a half hours drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra.

Activities and Attractions

Nautica provides a great base for so many things to see and do on the NSW south coast. Gerringong village has a variety of cafes and quaint specialty shops. For golf enthusiasts, there is an 18 hole seaside golf course just 5 minutes from Nautica. Minnamurra falls and rain forest walk are a must when staying. Kiama, with its blowhole and harbour, is a short drive away, as is the historic village of Berry, and Jamberoo, with its Recreation Park. Seven Mile Beach or Werri Beach are great for summer swimming or for a romantic sunset stroll. For wine lovers, there are vineyards at Gerringong, Jasper Brush and Coolangatta. Canoe/kayak trips are a great way to spend a day in Kangaroo Valley. And the list goes on....
