With 3 separate sleeping areas within the property, this special property can as comfortably accommodate a family group of 12, as a more intimate group of 8. Within the main house, the master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and adjoining sitting room. There is a separate studio within the property only a short stroll from the main house which has 1 queen bed and 3 king singles and its own living area. The dining area easily accommodates 13.

We have all modern inclusions such as ducted air conditioning throughout and a woodfire in the living area, stereo and television with DVD/VHS, along with a great selection of movies and music to match. Our kitchen has been fitted out with no expense spared - quality gas oven and hotplates; and of course includes a dishwasher to make life easy. With the spacious kitchen area and dining area that easily accommodates, 13 there is plenty of space for that special celebration or intimate dinner. Braeside can also organise in-house catering if you really want to spoil yourself over the weekend.

There is a plunge pool with swim jets for the fitness fanatics (this can even be fully heated in winter at a small extra charge!), with an adjoining spa that can seat up to 8 people.

There are several outdoor living areas - one covered barbecue area overlooking the pool so that the adults can enjoy life while they watch the kids play, and another on the northern side of the house overlooking the beautiful ornamental dam and golf course. With our luxury fitout, every aspect of your stay at Braeside has been catered for.

Go for a mountain bike ride throughout Upper Kangaroo River with availability of our 8 mountain bikes. Practice your golf on the 3 hole, 3 par play around golf course, or sit back and enjoy the vista from the verandahs or read a book in front of the fireplace.
