Description
Ellywan, surrounded on three sides by rainforest, provides beautifully appointed and luxury accommodation. You can hear the river from the house. This unique property offers absolute privacy and expansive views across the valley. A brand new solar heated 8 m x 5 m infiniti pool is perfect for spring/summer swimming.
Ellywan boasts accommodation for 12 adults and consists of a main house with 3 large bedrooms, parents retreat, formal and informal living areas, two combustion fires, underfloor heating, designer bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and an amazing covered outdoor living area with spectacular views.
A separate cottage, “the Tree House”, which has its own kitchen and bathroom, provides accommodation for another 4 adults. There is a free standing games/family room complete with pool table.
Set on 25 acres with your very own mountain stream, take a 3 minute stroll from the house to your own private rainforest oasis complete with swimming holes. Wildlife abounds on the property - there is a huge variety of birdlife, resident wombats, echidnas, wallabies and kangaroos. Linen and towels are provided.
Sorry, Ellywan is not available for weddings or functions.

Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.

Pricing information: 2 night weekend - $2100 - min 2 nts (extra nights in season $1050) Weekly season package $4200 Midweek out of season $700 / nt - min 3 nts midweek. $500 security bond is required by credit card pre authorisation prior to arrival.
Please note that a non refundable booking fee of $22.00 applies to all bookings including gst. This is payable at the time of booking.
