Description
Located 2 kms from the village, these two fully self contained cottages are located on a 150 acre beef cattle property in the scenically beautiful Kangaroo Valley. Together, they can accommodate up to 18 people (12 comfortably).
The Loft is a two story cabin that sleeps up to 11 people (8 comfortably). It has 2 queen size bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), and the third bedroom (open loft) has four single beds with its own TV and video for those quiet times. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room and a single fold out bed available. All towels and linen are supplied, plus doonas. The queen and double beds also have electric blankets. There is a cot and high chair available for babies, as well as safety barriers on the stairs. The Cottage can sleep up to 7 people in total (4 comfortably). It has two bedrooms, 1 queen size, and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is also a lounge that converts into a comfortable double bed and a fold out bed if required. The queen size bedroom also has its own TV. Again, all towels and linen are supplied, plus doonas. All beds have electric blankets.

Relax and take in the stunning views from the verandahs, wander around the farm which is surrounded by lush rainforest or enjoy a BBQ at the creek. You can feed the animals and collect the eggs, read one of the many books or magazines from the bookshelf or walk through the farm to the rainforest and creek. There is also a putting golf course. Minimbah Farm is sure to please.
In Kangaroo Valley village you will find excellent cafes and restaurants, as well as many speciality shops. Activities include canoeing, horseriding, golf and tennis. Kangaroo Valley is 30 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to the Southern Highlands.

Pricing
Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.

Pricing information: Cottage & Loft Rates: Minimum Two night stay - $340 per two nights for a couple. Extra charges $25 per adult per night and $15 per child per night. Weekly rates are $850 per couple plus $125 per extra adult and $75 per extra child.
Please note that a non refundable booking fee of $22.00 applies to all bookings including gst. This is payable at the time of booking.
