Located on 5 secluded acres in the sought after Upper River area and surrounded by lush farmland and gorgeous escarpment and bush views, Glenhaven Cottage provides a perfect haven for a romantic getaway.
Just a short stroll to Kangaroo River, the cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults, and consists of a large, stylish and comfortable open plan living and dining area with French windows providing sensational valley views and access onto a large wrap-around verandah with BBQ, large outdoor dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and outdoor spa. The expansive verandah is a great place to relax with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the 180 degree valley views.
Inside the cottage there is a wood burning stove and reverse cycle air conditioning, LCD TV, DVD and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and cappuccino machine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, open fireplace, sitting/reading area, TV and French windows opening onto a deck providing stunning valley and escarpment views. The ensuite has a corner bath and separate shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have double beds with valley views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and heaters. The main bathroom has a separate shower and freestanding claw foot bath for a relaxing soak. Quality linen and towels are provided, together with hairdryers. The laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Glenhaven Cottage has everything you need to relax and unwind in stylish comfort and seclusion.

Pricing
Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house/holiday cottage, not per person.

Pricing information: $595 for one couple per weekend, $695 for two couples for one weekend, $795 for three couples for one weekend. Mid week $425 (2) $550 (4) $675 (6). Weekly price on application.
$300 security bond is required by credit card pre authorisation prior to arrival.
Please note that a non refundable booking fee of $22.00 applies to all bookings including gst. This is payable at the time of booking.
