Description
Sea Charm is a 4 bedroom home which comfortably accommodates 10 adults. It has sea views over beautiful Jones Beach. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to either the Minnamurra River to enjoy swimming, fishing or boating. There is also a picnicking area with electric BBQ, and tennis and hand-ball courts. The patrolled surf beach and the local shopping village are also within easy walking distance. The highlights of Kiama, including excellent restaurants and cafes, are approximately 5 minutes drive.
Golfers can choose from 4 local courses, with the nearest less than 200 m from the front door. Jamberoo Recreation Fun Park is only a 15 min drive away.
The house features all new furnishings and polished floors throughout. A TV, pay-TV, DVD player, CD/stereo, playstation, (DVDs & Video games can be hired locally) are provided for your entertainment.
The 4 bedrooms each feature built-in robes. There are ocean views from the front balcony, bedrooms, lounge, and dining room.
The covered BBQ area provides all weather outdoor entertaining.
Complimentary tea, coffee.
There are gas and electric heaters and a double lock-up garage. NOTE: GARAGE HAS LOW CLEARANCE.
