Yes, Holidayz provides a comprehensive, easy-to-use Management System for your business, including detailed customer records. You can keep records of all customer emails and details of past and future bookings.
To save you time, Holidayz also provides templates for your responses to email enquiries. These are already personalized for your use but you can also edit them once loaded.
How much will it cost to advertise on Holidayz?
Holidayz provides business owners with the opportunity to list their business FREE of charge for ONE YEAR by making a donation of any amount to one of the charities supported by Holidayz (Cancer Council, Fred Hollows Foundation and Alzheimer's Association; amounts of $2 or more are tax deductible).
After your free listing, if you wish to retain a full business listing on Holidayz, it is only AUD $50 for the following one year's full listing, or you can continue with a free basic listing.
We do NOT take any commissions. We do NOT charge for ANY extras (except for your SMS messages, should you wish to activate them).
If you decide to take your business offline for any period, Holidayz will not charge you for the days that your business is offline.
I have more than one business at the one address. Will it cost extra to advertise the extra businesses?
No, once you have listed your first business, any other businesses with the same address may be listed FREE on Holidayz (and Eatz if applicable).
Will it cost extra to have my business listed on Holidayz specialty groups?
No, your business will be automatically displayed on all the Holidayz specialty groups relevant to your business (e.g. regional, type and theme groups) FREE of charge.
