Description

Mytton Grove is situated 15 minute walk to Barwon Heads main street, close to the river walks, boat ramps, and river in Barwon Heads. Lovely river walks, bollards, walking tracks and pleasant walk to main street. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong and Portarlington Wineries and Olive Groves. 1 Hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Mytton Grove is the ideal Beach House - light, bright and sunny with 3-4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 persons with space and comfort. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe, bedroom 2 has double bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The bedroom 4/study has a double couch bed. The bedrooms are supported by ensuite and 2nd bathroom, and two toilets.

The kitchen/dining/living areas are spacious and look out over extensive decking which forms the outdoor area with bbq and table and chairs. There is a coonara wood heater for winter months, 3 oil heaters, and reverse cycle air con, so whatever the weather when you arrive at Mytton Grove, you will be comfortable.

Mytton Grove has tv, dvd, video, stereo and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is ample grassed area outside, and plenty of space to laze around. You will be glad you booked Mytton for your holiday break.
