Description

OIA, a marvellous modern holiday home situated 10 -15 minute walk to the main street of Barwon Heads. It is central to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington olive groves and wineries, and is 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

OIA has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two large living areas. The main bedroom has queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunks. There are couch beds (click-clack sofas) in living areas for those unexpected visitors. The house sleeps 8-16 people including couch beds. Doonas, pillows and their covers are provided; bring your own sheets and towels.

The large living areas at OIA provide good living space for two families. OIA has two tv’s, two dvd’s stereo, cot and high chair. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, ample pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters, rice cooker, sandwich press, large gas stove and oven for summer/winter entertaining. The laundry has washing machine and dryer.

OIA is comforatable all year round, with fficient electric wall panel heating and pedestal fans for cooling. Outdoors there is a bbq and outdoor setting, fenced yard, swing-set, small cubby house, bikes and childrens toys.....this is a great house for family holiday breaks or short week-end stays. Bright and sunny - excellent holiday house accommodation.
