Description ACCOMMODATION GUARANTEE
Adelberg is a four bedroom luxury mountain villa set on 22 acres in the Victorian High Country in Australia.
It offers private self contained accommodation close to Mount Buller, Mansfield, the King Valley Wine Region and Lake Eildon.
The villa sleeps up to 15 people in its standard configuration and comprises:
- Master king bedroom opening onto balcony with ensuite and walk-in-robes
- Queen bedroom with ensuite
- King bedroom with ensuite (can also be configured as a twin)
- Bunk room (sleeps up to nine) with its own bathroom
- Two double sofa beds
- Large open living area, dining room and full kitchen flowing onto a generous balcony with outdoor dining & BBQ
- Separate downstairs living area and kitchenette
- Games room and bar
- Reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning
- Laundry and ski-drying room
- Fenced house area and paddock for guests with outdoor pets and horses
Linen and towels included for bedrooms (BYO for sofa beds)
With 180 degree views from 'Buller to Eildon' it is the perfect year round holiday destination for families, couples and groups.

Pricing
Prices include local taxes and are in Australian Dollars. All prices are for the entire holiday house, not per person.

Terms and conditions: Balance of rental owing payable prior to commencement of rental.
Full Payment required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorized credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
