Fraser Holiday House comprises of four beautifuly appointed bedrooms: One master bedroom with ensuite and a queen size bed, second bedroom contains a queen size bed, a double bed is provided in the third bedroom and two single beds are in the fourth bedroom. The house can accomodate up to ten guests.

Three spacious lounge areas are equipped with luxurious modern furniture, this includes a seperate children's play area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all essential cutlery, tea and coffee making facilities and a rice cooker. Relaxing outdoor living is highlighted with a barbeque and outdoor dining setting.

Fraser Holiday House is located at the well sought after old Ocean Grove area which is about a five minute walk to the Blue Lake and a two minute drive to the township of Ocean Grove and to the fully patrolled surf beach.

Ocean Grove was made famous by the popular ABC TV series "Sea Change". Ocean Grove is located at the gateway to the famous Great Ocean Road with its spectacular scenery! It's also a 10-15 minute drive to historic Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale and the famous surf coast containing Torquay and Jan Juc. Visit the Maritime Museum, Bellarine Peninsula Railway, Queenscliff Fort and Dolphin and Seal Swim Tours. You are also not far from some top class wineries.

Local activities include surfing at the fully patrolled main surf beach, Boating and Fishing on the Barwon River, only a short drive away to the seaside village of Barwon Heads. Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads boast a number of fine restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. They also offer family adventure Park, Vineyards & Wineries, Nature reserve walking tracks and bird watching.

For the keen golfer the Bellarine Peninsula offers many fine courses (most within 10 to 15 minutes drive of the house) including:
