Description

Edgewood Blue is a lovely beach house - bright, sunny and colourful, situated only a 20 min walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Safeway complex and 20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves, and 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Edgewood Blue won’t disappoint you. It has a fantastic kitchen and the dining/living area leads to a covered outdoor area with bbq. This bright holiday home will put you in the mood for a great holiday as soon as you walk through the door.

Edgewood Blue has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen double, and two with trio bunks (double bed on bottom, single bed on top). There is a main lounge area plus kitchen/dining/living area, and rumpus room with spare double bed mattress. The house sleeps 8-10 with plenty of living area. The house is furnished with quality fittings and paintwork is bright and sunny. There is ducted heating and ceiling fans. The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, with shower and bath. The yard is fully fenced, and the outdoor area is very attractive and functional for those lovely summer bbq’s. Edgewood Blue has tv, dvd, video, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, and ample seating outdoor for summer living.
