Reviewed by Gourmet Traveller 2007 Restaurant Guide 'Former Sopra chef Luke Latimer has set up shop in the Southern Highlands, and it's something worth getting excited about. Forget flashy designs and slick finishes, Onesta is about the food. From modest Bowral digs, Latimer produces food from sun-up to sundown that'll make your heart sing.'
