Small restaurant located in an old cordage warehouse facing the entrance to the ancient port of Monopoli, along the street that leads to Charles V’s castle.Typical Apulian Dishes
The restaurant offers typical Apulian dishes by flying from the waves of the Adriatic Sea to the sweet hills that encircle Monopoli.
The usual meal starts with a wide selection of seafood and vegetables appetizers (including for example stewed savoy with “spicy ricotta”, stewed goosefish or raw cuttlefish), which are chosen and prepared according to the availability of fresh ingredients (especially seafood).
The journey into the true taste of Apulia then continues with first courses like cavatellacci-pasta with seafood (house-specialty) and other typical Apulian second courses and desserts.
